Dynamic Touch is now offering Active Release Technique (ART).  It is a tissue mobilization method commonly used at IronMan events, and in many sports-medicine facilities.  ART is a specific set of movements and stretches facilitated by deep tissue contact which opens and frees up muscles and their surrounding structures.  ART can be added on to any treatment, but is offered only by select therapists (Kathy and Katcha).  Schedule online, or call for details 714-345-7188
