If you haven’t heard of the CrossFit Regional Competition in Del Mar this weekend, you should check it out! All of Orange County’s Fittest humans competing in one venue. Those strong enough to finish on the podium will progress to the World CrossFit Games held at the Home Depot Center July 22 to 28. Our favorite is Orange County local, Kenneth Leverich. He finished 12th in the world at 2012 Games, handily won the OC Throwdown and is on already on track to come out on top at Regionals and get the opportunity to prove himself to be the Fittest in the World in July. Help us wish him luck, Friend him on Facebook, and watch as he edges out the competition in the these two amazingly grueling events!
