The addition of therapeutic massage to your wellness plan can have an extremely positive impact on how you feel, how you perform and how well you meet the challenges of your very busy life.  Patty’s belief in this philosophy is just one of the reasons she chose to become a massage therapist.

Patty has completed 1000 hours of intensive massage therapy training at WIN Therapy and holds an advanced certification in Pregnancy Massage.  She is California State Certified and Nationally Certified through the NCBTMB and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Through careful evaluation and communication, she will work with you to develop a massage plan that will integrate Swedish, trigger point, deep tissue and myofascial release that will effectively ease muscle tension, increase flexibility, activate circulation and leave you feeling released and restored.

Patty is an avid hiker and has enjoyed the views from many of California’s highest peaks. . Additionally, she and her dog, Maggie, work as a therapy dog team visiting medical and rehabilitative facilities in and around Orange County.
